Many small businesses go out of business in their first 18 months and many times it is due to a lack of education and planning.  This workshop will give you, as a business owner an opportunity to look at your successes, challenges, and opportunities. It will provide education surrounding ways to set a business mission, as well as, short-term and long-term goals, and set an action plan for your business to scale and grow.
